E Liquid Reviews

Lemon Cake Salt E-Liquid by HMBL Juice Review

I am not a fan of lemon flavored pastries, but I may need to reconsider. A friend of mine convinced me to give a lemon pastry e-juice a try. I browsed through some reviews and found it wouldn’t be a bad idea at all.

The e-juice he was recommending was Lemon Cake Salt E-liquid by HMBL Juice. Out of curiosity, I went to a famous café in our area that sells lemon cakes and gave it a try. I wanted to know how the real thing tastes before I try the vape juice. And I fell in love with it instantly.

I love lemonades, but I never considered lemon cakes before now. I learned that pound cakes were developed in Northern Europe and have been around as early as the 1700s. As for its name, there is a good explanation for it. Pound cakes got its name from its original recipe that requires a pound of four ingredients; butter, eggs, flour, and sugar.

HMBL Juice’s Lemon Cake Salt is a “fluffy, delightful dense pound cake with the zest of fresh lemon.” It contains natural and artificial flavorings, USP propylene glycol, USP vegetable glycerin, and USP proprietary nicotine salts.

This lemon pound cake e-juice starts with light notes of lemon that is a little tart. Interestingly, the tartness is not too bold at all. Instead, it is toned down by the unmistakable sticky sweet glaze flavor. On the exhale, the lemon and glaze notes are joined by a light cake texture. For lemon lovers out there, I think you will experience love at first vape with this baby here.

I can taste the lemon glaze that covers the moist and sweet yellow cake in this blend. Since lemon is the dominant flavor, you can imagine that this e-liquid is not too sweet. It offers a fine mix of lemon and cake flavor. No one ingredient will overpower the other, so it is nice to vape.

Lemon Cake Salt E-liquid is smooth and tends to be on the warm side. I enjoyed the light throat hit as well. I used the Smok TFV8 tank for this e-juice, and it produced huge clouds of vapor. This vape juice is a blend of 65% vegetable glycerin and 35% propylene glycol.

It is available with three different nicotine strength levels. You can choose either 0mg, 3mg or 6mg of nicotine. A 120mL bottle of Lemon Cake Salt is up for grabs at for as low as $24.99 only.

Like other Humble Juice e-liquids, this blend is pre-steeped for at least two weeks, so it is good to go once it arrives at your doorstep. For review purposes, I tried vaping it right away and after steeping for one week. The flavor is more or less the same.

Whether you are a lemon cake lover or not, I think you need to give Lemon Cake Salt a try. It has a nice balance of tartness and sweetness with glaze, pastry, and lemon. I vaped it for a couple of days straight, and I did not experience any flavor fatigue at all.

As mentioned earlier, I would probably eat a slice of lemon cake when I am in the mood. But this e-juice can pass as an all day vape for me.

This vape liquid will undoubtedly delight your taste buds when you use the right setup. The cloud production of this e-liquid is massive, especially when you turn up the wattage.

The price is also quite affordable. A hefty 120mL bottle is more than enough to last you for more than two weeks. You can even share it with your friends. The holiday season is just around the corner. And I think this would make a nice present for your friends who vape.
